The Policy Framework for Aid in Uganda
The Policy towards aid in Uganda is principally guided by 3 key documents:

The National Development Plan (NDP) (2010)

The Partnership Policy (2011) (Awaiting Cabinet Approval)

The Uganda Debt Strategy (2007)

Annual Development Cooperation Reports
These Government of Uganda reports are produced annually with the assistance of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The reports contain detailed summaries of aid flows to Uganda and assessment of their contribution to national development objectives. The reports are particularly useful for development partners who need information on the activities of other partners so as to better coordinate efforts, avoid duplication and address neglected sectors.
